The recent Los Angeles wildfires have left many families facing the unimaginable challenge of rebuilding their lives and finding a safe, affordable place to call home. At Pacific Manufactured Homes, we want fire survivors to know they are not alone, and that there are options available that make starting over less overwhelming. Manufactured homes in Southern California offer a faster, cost-effective, and energy-efficient solution for those who have lost everything and looking to rebuild quickly.
To support wildfire survivors during this difficult time, Pacific Manufactured Homes is offering a $5,000 rebate to families who lost their homes in the LA fire. This rebate is our way of helping our neighbors take an important step toward recovery without being weighed down by financial stress.

In addition to our rebate, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) offers a separate $7,000 rebate for qualifying energy-efficient manufactured homes. That means survivors could receive up to $12,000 in combined rebates for manufactured homes in California when choosing a new energy-efficient model. You can read more about LADWP’s program and requirements on their website here: LADWP Construction Services
Choosing a manufactured home in Southern California provides many benefits beyond affordability. These homes are built to meet strict federal housing codes, provide comfort and safety, and, when energy-efficient models are selected, help lower monthly utility bills. With modern layouts, customizable designs, and quick build times, manufactured housing in Los Angeles is one of the most practical and reliable options for families who need to rebuild quickly.
At PMH, we have proudly served Southern California families for over 35 years, helping them find the right home for their needs. If you or someone you know has been affected by the LA wildfire, our team is here to guide you through the process, from selecting the right floor plan to understanding rebates and incentives. Together, we can help you take the first steps toward recovery and rebuilding a future filled with hope.
